Stone town
Meet your guide at your hotel at 9:00 am to begin your walking tour of Stone Town, a bustling place where you’ll find a mix of Arab, African, Indian and European cultures. As you wander through the maze of streets too narrow for vehicles, you will see mosques, churches and temples side by side. As you walk, your guide takes you on a historical and cultural journey past sites such as the Darajani Bazaar, the House of Wonders (Beit-el-Ajaib), and the Old Fort (Ngome Kongwe). The visits included in your tour are the Anglican Cathedral built on the site of the former slave market and the Sultan’s Palace (Beit al-Sahel), also known as the People’s Palace and now a museum.
Prison Island
After a walking tour which will be around 12pm, you’ll continue this memorable day with a good-half-an-hour boat trip to Prison Island, also known as Changuu island or Quarantine Island, located in the Zanzibar Archipelago.
Round up this great day with some snorkelling around the coral reefs, admire colourful fish, many beautiful starfish, and picturesque seashells., or simply relax on the white sandy beach. Upon your return around 4pm admire the breath-taking view of Stone Town, the bay, and the archipelago
Safari Blue trip is a full day starting at 8:30pm sailing around mangroves and snorkelling along Menai Bay, which is one of the best coral reefs in Zanzibar. Main activities on this day are visiting Kwale island, sandbank relaxing, swimming and snorkelling.
The underwater world at Menai Bay is unbelievably spectacular. You will witness countless colourful fishes and other sea creatures that survive among the coral reefs and underwater plants which together form the barrier reef ecosystem in the bay. You will enjoy safari blue until 4pm when you will be picked back to your hotel.
At 8:30 in the morning pick up from your hotel and set off on this jam-packed trip starting with the Walking tour to the Jozani forest The Forest is a pretty famous spot in Zanzibar and it’s easy to see! You will witness and experience yourself cute Red Colobus Monkeys playing in the forest and closer. The tour experience will last for at list 3 hours!
This place is the only home of these beautiful creatures in the world.
On our Jozani Forest tour, you’ll get a chance to explore and play with these monkeys and hopefully, you will get some amazing photographs for Zanzibar memory.
KUZA CAVE + ROCK RESTAURANT
Around 12pm we will step to the Spectacular caves, then after a delicious restaurant in the middle of the ocean.
The next stop will take us to Kuza Cave in Jambiani. In addition to visiting this sacred grotto full of crystal-clear pools, you can take a dip and snorkel to see the bones of animals that are scattered in its depths.
We’ll then continue on towards the iconic The Rock Restaurant. Nestled in a unique location in the middle of the Indian Ocean, this restaurant is one of the most photographed places in Zanzibar, so get your cameras ready! You’ll have one hour of free time to savour the delicious dishes that The Rock has to offer.
With a great taste left in your mouth, we’ll return to your hotel in Zanzibar, where we’ll end the tour at 5 pm.
This is a day at leisure, you are free to do exactly what you want – and to do as little as you want. Or you can simply relax by your hotel pool or down on the beach, perhaps under a swaying palm tree.
After breakfast enjoy another day at leisure or engage yourself in any activities either water or land, or simply take a walk at the ocean side on the nearest beaches. Later on depart to the Airport to your flight back home.
