NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA

The Ngorongoro in Tanzania was declared a protected conservation area in 1959, and was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1979, as it offers us one of the most spectacular African landscapes on the entire continent.
The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is located in the volcanic lands of Tanzania , and covers an area of more than 260 km².
You can visit the Ngorongoro all year round, but one of the best times is during the dry season (from late May to October). Temperatures from September to April range between 20-30 ° C and from May to August (winter equivalent season) the temperature decreases to a minimum of 15 ° C and a maximum of 25 ° C during the day. The long rainy season starts around March and ends at the beginning of May; the short rainy season from November to mid-December.
