Day to day Itinerary

Day 1. DAR ES SALAAM/ZANZIBAR – MIKUMI

In the morning transfer from Dar es Salaam to Mikumi or fly in from Zanzibar. After arrival you will check in at your hotel and later on go on an evening game drive in the park in search for wildlife such as buffaloes, giraffes, lions etc. head back to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2. Full Day at Mikumi National Park

After breakfast, you will embark on full day game drive inside Mikumi national park. Today we have every chance of spotting lions, leopards, and African wild dogs. Likely to be seen animals include zebras, hippos, hartebeest, wildebeest, impala, warthog, eland, crocodiles and antelope. The broad Mkata floodplain is an ideal place to spot lions as they lazily survey the vast herds of buffalo, zebra, wildebeest, and impala that roam the grasslands. Later on drive to our lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3. Mikumi National Park – Later on Depart

This morning, after breakfast, enjoy an early game drive followed by visiting the snake park for seeing snakes of different types, crocodiles and tortoise kept at the park and taking pictures for good adventurous memory. And later on be transferred to Dar es Salaam or Zanzibar

  • Pick up and drop off at the airport.
