Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1. Arusha – Tarangire

After breakfast, we will head to Tarangire National Park, known for hosting the highest concentration of elephants in Africa. Upon entering through the main gate, we’ll begin our safari, where we can observe elephants, antelopes, lions, zebras, and many other animals, all set against a backdrop of towering baobab trees.

We’ll have lunch at the picnic area, and at sunset, we’ll transfer to Karatu to enjoy dinner and spend the night.

Day 2. Lake Eyasi

This morning, we will visit the two native tribes of the Eyasi Lake area. This visit will give us the opportunity to meet two tribes that have established a mutual exchange relationship. The Datoga craft metal pieces for arrows, which the Hadzabe use to hunt small antelopes and other animals for food, and in return, the Hadzabe offer them some of the meat they obtain. They are a clear example of the interaction between wildlife and humans, coexisting in balance in the 21st century. With them, you'll learn how to start a fire, and we may even accompany them on one of their hunts.

After the visit, we’ll head to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3. Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, we will begin our journey to Serengeti National Park, where we’ll start our safari by exploring the vast plains of the park, home to the famous wildebeest migration and an incredible variety of wildlife.

Throughout the day, we’ll have the opportunity to observe lions, elephants, zebras, and gazelles in their natural habitat, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes.

At sunset, we’ll settle into our camp or lodge to enjoy a delicious dinner under the stars.

Day 4. Serengeti National Park

On our second day of safari in Serengeti, we will explore the central and eastern regions of the park, known for their abundant wildlife, especially during the migration.

We’ll have the opportunity to spot lions, leopards, giraffes, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras.

Additionally, we offer the option of a hot air balloon ride at sunrise to enjoy a unique panoramic view of the vast plains and its wildlife. After the flight, we will continue with the land safari, ending the day at our camp or lodge.

Day 5. Serengeti National Park

This is our day to make the most of the experience. We will wake up early in the morning, and as the sun rises in the east, we’ll witness the animals waking up while the lions do their best to hunt before the hottest hours of the day. We’ll pack our lunch and get ready for whatever the safari brings.

At sunset, we will return to the lodge to enjoy an outdoor dinner while watching the beautiful sunset.

Day 6. Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, we will depart with a picnic lunch towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Once there, we will descend into the crater, known as the "Garden of Eden."

We will enjoy a safari at the base of the crater, home to the rare black rhino and the Big Five. Afterward, we’ll have lunch at the picnic area, and then continue the safari towards the main exit.

Later, we will return to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 7. Karatu- Arusha

Upon leaving the accommodation in Karatu, we will return to Arusha, but we will make a stop along the way to visit the African Gallery, a unique place where the iconic Ebony Tree is located. Here, we can explore and appreciate local art while enjoying the surrounding nature of this special point of interest.

After the stop, we will continue our journey to Arusha, where you can choose to spend a few relaxing days on the paradise beaches of Zanzibar or take your flight back home.

Day 8-13 Zanzibar

In Zanzibar, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy various activities and excursions that will allow you to explore everything this paradisiacal island has to offer. You can relax on its stunning white-sand beaches, swim in the crystal-clear waters, and try snorkeling or diving to discover the vibrant marine life.

Don’t miss a visit to Stone Town, with its charming streets full of history, unique architecture, and vibrant markets.

You can also enjoy a bike tour through the tropical landscapes or take an excursion to the spice plantations to discover the native flavors of Zanzibar.
