Los monta\u00f1eros estar\u00e9is protegidos en refugios tipo caba\u00f1as de madera, que ofrecen ba\u00f1os compartidos y bebidas (entre las que popularmente se encuentra el refresco que ha dado el Os recomendamos usar este d\u00eda tambi\u00e9n para verificar dos veces la mochila de monta\u00f1a con vuestros equipajes, porque en caso de que se os haya olvidado o faltara algo, es posible encontrarlo durante el d\u00eda en la ciudad de Arusha o Moshi. Si tra\u00e9is m\u00e1s maletas con cosas innecesarias para la traves\u00eda de monta\u00f1a, se os proporcionar\u00e1 un lugar seguro para guardarlas en el alojamiento. Una vez all\u00ed, despu\u00e9s formalizar los permisos de escalada y el registro con el servicio de rescate, comenzaremos la traves\u00eda pasando por la selva tropical donde las lluvias son altamente probables (recomendamos llevar impermeable). El desnivel hasta la caba\u00f1a de Mandara es de 850\u202fm en una distancia de 11 km y el tiempo de traves\u00eda es de aproximadamente 5-7 horas. El recorrido ser\u00e1 de 10 km y el tiempo de la caminata entre 4-6 horas. Almorzaremos y luego completaremos el tramo de aclimataci\u00f3n en direcci\u00f3n a la caba\u00f1a de Kibo con una ganancia de 200\u202fm extras de altitud, para despu\u00e9s regresar a la caba\u00f1a de Horombo a cenar y dormir. La caminata de aclimataci\u00f3n es una caminata f\u00e1cil con una ligera ganancia en altitud para acelerar el proceso de aclimataci\u00f3n. La caminata de aclimataci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 entre 1-2 horas en total y de una distancia de 3 km. El trekking no es muy dif\u00edcil, solo es importante recordar que seguir un ritmo adecuado ser\u00e1 de ayuda para dosificar las fuerzas para el viaje a la cumbre del Kilimanjaro. Durante todo el proceso de ascenso, por parejas estar\u00e9is acompa\u00f1ados por un gu\u00eda, que supervisar\u00e1 vuestra resistencia y resoluci\u00f3n mental. Despu\u00e9s de tomar buenas fotos de la cumbre y la topograf\u00eda de \u00c1frica, nos dirigiremos a Kibo para comer y descansar durante 1-2 horas. Luego continuaremos hasta Horombo para cenar y pasar la noche. Una vez all\u00ed disfrutamos much\u00edsimo de los 2 pa\u00edses d\u00f3nde los 2 gu\u00edas que tuvimos (Bernard i John) estuvieron perfectos: muy profesionales y atentos en todo momento. Al final nos fuimos unos d\u00edas a Zanzibar a nuestro aire y a\u00fan as\u00ed, John nos ayud\u00f3 en lo que necesitamos. Sin lugar a duda recomendable 100%. Bienvenidos a Tanzania Al llegar al aeropuerto internacional de Kilimanjaro (KLM) os encontrar\u00e9is personalmente con vuestro gu\u00eda de\u00a0Sensation of Africa, que os trasladar\u00e1 hasta el alojamiento en Arusha o Moshi (1 hora en coche aprox.) para cenar y pasar la noche en el hotel Mount Meru, Weru Weru Lodge o similar. D\u00eda 2. Actividad en Arusha \/ Moshi y preparaci\u00f3n para la traves\u00eda Durante la ma\u00f1ana tenemos la opci\u00f3n de hacer alguna actividad en Arusha o Moshi, como una peque\u00f1a caminata a las cataratas, un recorrido por la ciudad o, despu\u00e9s del largo vuelo de horas, pod\u00e9is comenzar vuestras vacaciones relaj\u00e1ndoos en un c\u00f3modo alojamiento con piscina. Os recomendamos usar este d\u00eda tambi\u00e9n para verificar dos veces la mochila de monta\u00f1a con vuestros equipajes, porque en caso de que se os haya olvidado o faltara algo, es posible encontrarlo durante el d\u00eda en la ciudad de Arusha o Moshi. Si tra\u00e9is m\u00e1s maletas con cosas innecesarias para la traves\u00eda de monta\u00f1a, se os proporcionar\u00e1 un lugar seguro para guardarlas en el alojamiento. El gu\u00eda de monta\u00f1a se reunir\u00e1 con vosotros en el alojamiento al final de la tarde (antes de la cena) para una sesi\u00f3n informativa completa de la ruta que incluye informaci\u00f3n esencial. D\u00eda 3. Primer d\u00eda de traves\u00eda Puerta de Marangu (1.850 m) a la caba\u00f1a de Mandara (2.690 m) Por la ma\u00f1ana, despu\u00e9s del desayuno, nuestro gu\u00eda os recoger\u00e1 en el alojamiento y nos dirigiremos a la puerta de Marungu. Una vez all\u00ed, despu\u00e9s formalizar los permisos de escalada y el registro con el servicio de rescate, comenzaremos la traves\u00eda pasando por la selva tropical donde las lluvias son altamente probables (recomendamos llevar impermeable). El desnivel hasta la caba\u00f1a de Mandara es de 850\u202fm en una distancia de 11 km y el tiempo de traves\u00eda es de aproximadamente 5-7 horas. Cenaremos y pasaremos la noche en la caba\u00f1a Mandara. D\u00eda 4. Segundo d\u00eda de traves\u00eda Caba\u00f1a de Mandara (2690) a la caba\u00f1a en Horombo (3710\u202fm) Despu\u00e9s del desayuno, con una caminata de esfuerzo moderado, desde la caba\u00f1a de Mandara nos dirigiremos hacia el segundo campamento en Horombo (3710\u202fm), donde tendremos buenas vistas de dos volcanes: Kibo y Mawenzi. El recorrido ser\u00e1 de 10 km y el tiempo de la caminata entre 4-6 horas. Almorzaremos y luego completaremos el tramo de aclimataci\u00f3n en direcci\u00f3n a la caba\u00f1a de Kibo con una ganancia de 200\u202fm extras de altitud, para despu\u00e9s regresar a la caba\u00f1a de Horombo a cenar y dormir. La caminata de aclimataci\u00f3n es una caminata f\u00e1cil con una ligera ganancia en altitud para acelerar el proceso de aclimataci\u00f3n. La caminata de aclimataci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 entre 1-2 horas en total y de una distancia de 3 km. Recomendamos tomar las caminatas de aclimataci\u00f3n muy en serio, ya que ayudan a aumentar las posibilidades de alcanzar con \u00e9xito la cumbre del Kilimanjaro y prevenir la aparici\u00f3n o complicaciones del mal de altura. El trekking no es muy dif\u00edcil, solo es importante recordar que seguir un ritmo adecuado ser\u00e1 de ayuda para dosificar las fuerzas para el viaje a la cumbre del Kilimanjaro. Recomendamos dormir lo m\u00e1ximo posible, evitar cualquier actividad extenuante y beber mucha agua, algunas personas pierden el apetito, por lo que recomendamos tambi\u00e9n seguir una dieta con suficiente aporte de nutrientes i Kcal. D\u00eda 6. Cuarto d\u00eda de traves\u00eda Traves\u00eda desde la Caba\u00f1a de Kibo (4690\u202fm) hasta la cumbre en el pico Uhuru (5895\u202fm) y descenso a la caba\u00f1a en Horombo (3710\u202fm) Hoy partiremos de noche desde Kibo y comenzaremos nuestro viaje hacia la cumbre del Monte Kilimanjaro, el trekking ser\u00e1 moderado desde el punto de vista f\u00edsico, pero la altitud puede hacer aparecer serios problemas. Durante todo el proceso de ascenso, por parejas estar\u00e9is acompa\u00f1ados por un gu\u00eda, que supervisar\u00e1 vuestra resistencia y resoluci\u00f3n mental. Despu\u00e9s de tomar buenas fotos de la cumbre y la topograf\u00eda de \u00c1frica, nos dirigiremos a Kibo para comer y descansar durante 1-2 horas. Luego continuaremos hasta Horombo para cenar y pasar la noche. La distancia total de la caminata del d\u00eda ser\u00e1 de 16 km, que realizaremos en un tiempo de entre unas 9-12 horas aprox. Quinto y \u00faltimo d\u00eda de traves\u00eda Caba\u00f1a de Horombo (3710\u202fm) a la puerta de Marangu (1860\u202fm) Despu\u00e9s de un desayuno caliente, descenderemos a la puerta de Marangu y all\u00ed nuestro l\u00edder de traves\u00eda dar\u00e1 un breve resumen sobre toda la ruta.
